8 Steps to Successfully Apply for IBPS Common Recruitment for CWE PO/MT 6

IBPS Application Process
IBPS has published a notification for eligible Candidates to fill almost 10,000 posts in various banks in India.

You should apply online, if you fulfill the Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Common Recruitment, between 26 July 2016 to 13 August 2016 through the official website www.ibps.in.

Online application will be available from 26.07.2016 to 13.08.2016 on the internet. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Just follow the below 8 steps to apply for IBPS Common Recruitment 2016.


1. Before Applying Online, Items to Keep Ready:

Before applying online, read this article carefully. You should keep ready some important documents before applying for the IBPS Exam 2016. These documents includes -

(i) Scan copy of your own photograph and your signature. Both the photograph  must be of 4.5cm × 3.5cm and signature must fulfill the specifications as given in Annexure III to the Advertisement.

(ii) Signature must not be in CAPITAL LETTERS.

(iii) You should keep ready the necessary details of your documents to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.

(iv) You should have a valid personal email ID. You should keep the email ID active till the completion of Common Recruitment Process.

IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. 

(V) Application Fees/ Intimation Charges shall be as follows. Fees will be payable from 26.07.2016 to 13.08.2016. 

Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Rs. 600 /- for all others

You should make the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through the ONLINE mode only.



2. Go to ibps.in for Applying Online:

You can easily apply for IBPS common recruitment by going to the IBPS’s website >> www.ibps.in.
On the Home-Page open the link >> CWE PO/MT.

Then click on the option >> CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- PROBATIONARY OFFICERS/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (CWE-PO/MT-VI).


3. Register Your Application:

 Now click on the link >> CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION.

You should register your application by entering your basic information in the online application form.

After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system. 

You will get the registration number and password on the screen of your computer. Moreover, An Email & SMS indicating the same will also be sent to you.

Please note down the both for future use.

You can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password any time.



4. Upload Your Photo and Signature :



As I have discussed above, you are required to Scan and upload your photograph and signature of 4.5cm × 3.5cm. 

Read the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature and get a idea to successfully upload the same.

Wrong format, inappropriate size or bad quality of the photograph and signature may cancel your application.


5. Make the Payment of fees/ intimation charges via ONLINE MODE:

You should make the payment when applying. Because, the application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.

The payment can be made by using -
  1. Debit Cards  like RuPay, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro cards,
  2. Credit Cards, 
  3. Internet Banking, 
  4. IMPS, 
  5. Cash Cards or
  6. Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.
After submitting your payment information in the online application form, please wait for the intimation from the server.

DO NOT press Back or Refresh button in order to avoid double charge.

To ensure the security of your data, please close the browser window once your transaction is completed.


6. Fill All the Required Fields Carefully:

You must be careful when filling in the online application form. Because, you can not change in any of the data filled in the online application.

Verify every filled in the application again and again. Because, if any change or alteration found, you may be disqualified from the candidature.

So, all the names, such as the name of the candidate or his /her father/husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates and mark sheets. 

Fill in all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, Centre of Examination, registration of preferences for Participating Organisations etc. 

Use the SAVE AND NEXT facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required.

Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application.


7. Submit Your Online Application Form :

If you have filled in the online application form, submit the data. Click on the FINAL SUBMIT button at the end of the On-Line Application form. 

The system does not permit you to change or modify any data after clicking on FINAL SUBMIT Button.

If the online transaction has not been successfully completed, then login again with the provisional registration number and password and pay the Application Fees/ Intimation Charges online.



You can Fill in the Online Application form Partially :

You can fill the online application for of IBPS Recruitment part by part.

If you are unable to fill in the application form in one go to apply for IBPS Recruitment 2016, you can save the data already entered. 

You can re-open the saved data using provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. 

But, this facility is limited and willl be available for three times only. 



8. Print Out of E-receipt and Application Form :

After Final Submit, an additional page of the application form is displayed wherein you may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.

On successful completion of the transaction and final submission of the application form, an e-receipt will be generated. If the same cannot be generated online transaction may not have been successful.

Take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form. 

After completing the procedure of applying on-line including payment of fees / intimation charges, the candidate should take a printout of the system generated on-line application form, 

Conclusion :

You should be careful enough to apply for the Posts of IBPS PO and IBPS MT VI.

An online application which is incomplete in any respect will not be considered as valid.

Give special attention to proper passport size photograph and signature uploaded in the online application form and fee payment.
